Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain monitoring tools
• Automate production testing
• Identify and troubleshoot performance and software issues
• Update, track and resolve technical issues
• Suggest architecture improvements, recommend process improvements
• Ensure critical system security through the use of best-in-class security solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years as a JavaScript developer, ideally, with a background in monitoring & supporting B2B production systems
• Deep understanding of REST API design
• Experience with using JavaScript on the backend (Node.js)
• Demonstrated programming capability in vanilla JavaScript
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with tools such as Nginx, Docker
• Good command of Linux environment
• The clear, logical communicator in English

Familiar With

• Familiar with cloud services such as GCP, AWS or Digital Ocean
• Experience working remotely across multiple time zones
• Front-end development (Vue/React)
